Successful Weight Loss, Even If You Have Just Had A Baby

Having a baby is an amazing experience, a combination of joy and exhaustion. But as you too well know it's also a time of weight gain. So here you are, you have a new baby, you aren't getting enough sleep, and your body has gone through more changes in nine months than in many preceding years.
With so many changes you are asking just how can you lose weight after having a baby?
After a while your thoughts turn briefly from your bundle of joy to the new body that faces you in the mirror every day. The trouble is you don't have your usual energy back, and you have this huge responsibility which is taking your attention, most of the day and night.
One important thing to acknowledge is that even though this is a very important time in your life, you are under a lot of stress. Your body was stressed by pregnancy and childbirth, you are sleep deprived and now you are possibly breastfeeding.
The demands of breastfeeding can be stressful. Demand feeding, cracked nipples, inflammation, plus a crying baby, and your hormones are anything but normal as yet.
Do not despair, there is a solution the same rules apply to losing weight now as in any time in your life. The only difference is you have a little one to care for now.
You still need to eat well and exercise. You breastfeeding baby needs you to eat a healthy diet. It can't be super low fat, just make sure the fats you eat are healthy. Breast feeding will keep the fat moving along nicely.
Exercise wise, it's good for your legs to be pushing a pram or carrying a baby in a back pack. Plus there are all the exercise games you can play with your child using their body weight to tone your muscles. It's good for you and your baby will love it.
But back to stress, to lose weight requires motivation, and it's hard to be motivated when tired and stressed. A simple solution is hypnosis. It will help you relax, and stimulate you to eat well and to be active.
Hypnosis can also help you to relax and sleep well. It is gentle and safe and will definitely help you to cope with the pressure of having a baby. Your baby is in a state of constant hypnosis as they take in all the new sights sounds and smells of the world and file them away in their subconscious for future reference.
So why not join them occasionally in this wonderful hypnotic state and it will make everyone's life easier, and of course you will lose weight.
