Epigallocatechin Gallate is a compound found in green teas (use decaffeinated variety) that eradicates mature fat cells & impedes the body from storing unused carbohydrates as body fat. If taken in isolation you take 325mgs.
Garlic Extract
Garlic contains Allicin which is a potent agent which has the brilliant capacity to inhibit your body regaining previously lost fat coupled with also providing a beneficial impact on the body's cholesterol levels. If taken in isolation you take 200mg.
The "PAGG" stack as it is known is a series of supplements that are available collectively through a variety of branded supplements or you can purchase them individually.
